Sourcing:
Share Photos Directly into Sourcing (iOS)
What’s new:
iPhone users can now send photos directly from their device's Photos app into a sourcing opportunity in AutoGate. Dealers can select a photo, choose AutoGate from the iOS Share menu, select a sourcing opportunity, and have the image automatically attached to that record.
Why it matters:
This simplifies the process of adding vehicle photos to sourcing opportunities and removes several manual steps when working between applications.
How to access:
iOS Photos app → Select photo → Share → AutoGate → Select sourcing opportunity.
AutoGate Browser Extension Available for LiveMarket Subscribers
What’s new:
The AutoGate Browser Extension is now available to LiveMarket subscribers, expanding access beyond Acquire subscribers. The extension brings key AutoGate and market insights directly into supported websites and workflows, helping dealers quickly evaluate sourcing opportunities without switching between multiple systems.
Why it matters:
The Browser Extension helps dealers access valuable vehicle and market information while they work, reducing the need to jump between platforms and manually search for data. With access now extended to LiveMarket subscribers, more dealers can benefit from quicker decision‑making when evaluating inventory and sourcing opportunities.
How to access:
The AutoGate Browser Extension is available to LiveMarket subscribers and can be installed through the AutoGate Browser Extension setup process.

Inventory Management:
Enhanced Inventory Distribution Rules
What’s new:
Inventory Distribution Rules now support more complex automation criteria, giving dealers greater flexibility in how inventory is automatically published and managed across connected destinations. In addition, dealers using supported Dealer Management Systems (DMS), such as Pentana, can now connect their DMS to AutoGate and have inventory automatically flow into the Inventory Distribution Rules workflow for management and automation.
Why it matters:
These enhancements give dealers more control over how stock is distributed, reducing manual effort and making it easier to manage publishing rules at scale. By connecting a DMS directly to AutoGate, dealers can streamline inventory management processes and ensure vehicles enter the appropriate automation workflows without additional data entry.
How to access:
AutoGate (web) → Settings → Automations→ Create or edit automation rules.
For dealers using a supported DMS, inventory can be connected and managed through the Inventory Distribution workflow once the integration has been configured. Please contact your SaaS Specialist for more information.
Security & Account Management:
New Passwordless Login Experience
What’s new:
AutoGate's new passwordless login experience is now live for all dealers. Users no longer need to remember or manage a password and can securely log in using their email and one-time verification code. Dealership administrators can also now manage email and SMS verification settings for users directly within AutoGate.
Why it matters:
The new experience makes accessing AutoGate simpler, reduces password-related frustrations, and gives dealerships more self-service control over user security settings.
How to access:
Navigate to the AutoGate login page and follow the new passwordless sign-in process using your registered email address.
