April’s updates focus on bringing more critical information and actions directly into the inventory workflow, so dealers can move faster, work with more confidence, and spend less time navigating between pages. From managing promotions and OEM offers to accessing LiveMarket insights and EV battery health reports, these improvements are designed to keep everything you need in one place.
New Features and Enhancements
Inventory Management
Inventory Management - OEM Special Offers
What changed:
Eligible vehicles now surface OEM Special Offers directly within the Inventory list. Dealers can apply or view manufacturer offers from the listing itself, opening a side panel that shows vehicle details, all available OEM offers, applicable terms, and simple toggles to apply or remove offers without leaving the page.
Why it matters:
Dealers can identify eligible vehicles and apply offers in fewer steps, making it easier to keep listings aligned with current manufacturer campaigns.
How to access:
AutoGate (web) → Inventory → List view → Select Apply / View Special Offer on an eligible vehicle → Manage offers in the side panel.

Inventory Management - EV Battery Health Reports
What changed:
For electric and hybrid vehicles, battery health information is now built directly into the Inventory Details experience. Eligible listings include a new “Inspections and Reports” section where dealers can view an EV battery health report or book a RedBook Inspect EV battery test directly from the vehicle details page.
Why it matters:
Battery condition is one of the biggest decision factors for EV buyers. Making battery health information easy to access helps build buyer confidence earlier in the journey, supports more informed conversations, and reduces uncertainty before a dealership visit.
How to access:
AutoGate (web) → Inventory → Select an electric or hybrid vehicle → Inventory Details page → Inspections and Reports (located at the right hand side of the page)→ View or book EV battery health test.

Inventory Management - Promote Cart Improvements
What changed:
The Promote side panel and checkout experience has been improved to show clearer product descriptions, explicit pricing, discounts with expiry dates, and savings for early renewal. If a promote product sells out during checkout, dealers now see clear messaging about what wasn’t purchased and confirmation that they weren’t charged, while the rest of the cart continues to process.
Why it matters:
These improvements remove ambiguity at checkout and make it easier to compare promote products and discounts.
How to access:
AutoGate (web) → Inventory → Select a listing → Promote → Review products and complete checkout.

Inventory Management - LiveMarket insights embedded on the Inventory Details page
What changed:
LiveMarket insights are now available via a dedicated LiveMarket tab on the Inventory Details page, giving one‑click, in‑context access to market insights while reviewing a specific vehicle.
Why it matters:
Having LiveMarket insights embedded directly within the Inventory Details page means dealers can review pricing, demand and performance context without navigating away. This supports faster, more confident decisions while managing stock.
How to access:
