We’ve been working behind the scenes to bring you a faster, smoother, and more reliable inventory experience - and it’s finally here!

The new inventory list page is built on improved technology, which means faster loading time, less friction, and an overall snappier experience. Whether you're browsing, searching, or taking action, everything should feel quicker and more seamless.

What’s New:

We’ve made some exciting updates to how you Search, Sort, and Filter — all designed to help you find what you need faster and more intuitively.

⚡ Exponentially Faster Search

Search results now appear almost instantly — what used to take a couple of seconds now loads in a flash. No more waiting around!

🔍 Smarter Filters & Sorting

• Save your custom filters: If you often search using the same filters, you can now save them for quick access.

  

  • Reset to default: Need a fresh start? Just hit the reset button. (Note: If you wish to go back to another previous search, You’ll need to re-set your saved filters after resetting.)
    

• Sort directly from column headers: Sorting is now easier and more intuitive with ascending/descending options right where you need them.

  

  • Expiry sorting is now more contextual: It’s been moved from “Miscellaneous” to a more relevant section under Promote.

    

• Filtering by Published status: The option to filter by published status is still available and can be found under the 'Publishing' filter within the Inventory List page. You can access these same filters for 'Not published' items by clicking the blue arrow next to the number of not published items, this will drill down and give you more filters to choose from.

  

• Search by VIN and Rego: If you need to search for an item by VIN or Registration number, you can do so using the search bar on the Inventory list page.

  

• Sort by Make/Model/Odometer: Just like before, you can narrow down your search criteria by things like make, model and odometer. You will find these options under the 'Make' filter at the top of your inventory list.
  

🗂️ More Meaningful Labels

We’ve renamed a few things to make them clearer:

• CS Image Library is now Media Library — with more options to choose from.
• Miscellaneous is now called Ad Completion — so it’s easier to understand what’s inside.
• Min Year/Max Year filters are now combined into a single, streamlined field.

Promote & Inventory – Now Seamlessly Integrated

We’ve made it easier to manage your inventory and promote your vehicles — all in one place.

🚗 Available for Auto Dealers Only

Integrated Promote is currently available only to Auto dealers If you're a non-Auto dealer (bikes, boats, farm machinery, etc), this functionality won’t be visible in your inventory view. 

🛒 One-Click Promote

You’ll now see a Promote button directly in your inventory. Just click it, and you’ll be taken through a simple flow:

1. Add promote campaigns to your cart
2. Hit Done
3. Proceed to checkout — just like before!

We haven’t changed the Promote workflow itself — we’ve simply integrated it into the inventory view so you don’t have to switch tabs. Everything is more contextual, helping you make faster decisions with better visibility.

🏷️ Promote Campaign Labels

Each vehicle listing now shows the name of the Promote campaign it’s part of. You can also toggle campaigns on or off — and if you turn it back on, it’ll pick up right where it left off (based on your campaign settings).

💡 If you see “Not eligible for Promote”, it’s likely because there are limited spots available for certain makes or models.

📊 Promote Filters

You can now filter your inventory by Promote status — see which cars are in campaigns like Showcase, which campaigns are active or inactive, and more. These filters give you better control and insight into your inventory strategy.

Print Brochure

You can still print brochure if needed and you’ll find it in the same spot as before, making it easy to print your inventory list whenever you need it, by simply clicking Print in the top right corner. 

LiveMarket Insights – Smarter Decisions, Right Where You Need Them

We’ve integrated LiveMarket directly into your inventory experience — giving you powerful, real-time market insights without needing to switch tabs.

📊 Contextual Insights at a Glance

When enabled, LiveMarket shows key statistics for each vehicle in your inventory — helping you understand how your listings compare in the market. You can toggle these insights on or off via the LiveMarket toggle (photo below) depending on what you want to see.

Try LiveMarket Free for 30 Days

If you’re not currently subscribed, you’ll see a toggle that says “Unlock 30-Day Free Trial.” This is your chance to explore the full power of LiveMarket — and see how it can help you price smarter, sell faster, and stay ahead of the competition.

💡 Important: The free trial is only available to users who have never subscribed or trialed LiveMarket before. If you’ve used it in the past, you’ll still see the toggle — but you’ll be prompted to subscribe to access the feature.

✅ How to Start Your Free Trial

1. Click the “Unlock 30-Day Free Trial” toggle in your inventory view
2. Follow the prompts to activate your trial
3. Start seeing LiveMarket insights directly in your listings
4. Use the “All Insights” button for deeper analysis

5. After 30 days, you can choose to cancel or subscribe to keep the insights coming
